Commodore Ander gave orders for Marine Soldiers to put down their weapons. Even though they felt reluctant, it was for Lin Tian’s safety.
Garp also emphasized that order. Even so, their encircling formation still hadn’t changed. Garp looked very angry that Rayleigh was holding Lin Tian as hostage now.

“Very well Rayleigh, I agree to your terms, but I have a request.” Garp didn’t seem to want to let Rayleigh and his group go so easily.
“Hmm, what request do you have? If it doesn’t cost us any more, I’ll agree to it.”
Despite having reunited after years of separation, Rayleigh remains wary of Garp’s requests, and he must be careful to take action, as he has people to protect.
“Don’t worry. My request is simple enough.” Garp paused and continued: “That is because you dare to put Lin Tian in a very dangerous position, you will have to fight me. If you win, I will let you through! If you lose, you will come with me to the Marine Headquarters.”
Rayleigh showed a smile on his face when he heard Garp’s request. At first, he was worried that Garp would make some requests he couldn’t fulfil, so he didn’t know what to do.
He didn’t expect Garp to have such a request. No, this wasn’t Garp’s wish for him at all, but, it was what Rayleigh wanted exactly.
Rayleigh never thought that he would lose. Even though he was no longer fighting against someone as strong as Garp, and his body’s abilities had decreased, he was still very confident.
Seeing Rayleigh silent, Garp said: “What is it? Does a Silvers Rayleigh want to avoid me?”
To what Garp said, Rayleigh only smiled faintly. Rayleigh wouldn’t be provoked so easily with sarcasm like that.
“Okay I agree, now, let’s do it.”
Garp nodded and gave a firm order: “You guys step back. I don’t want you to get hurt!”
As soon as the voice fell, the Marine Soldiers rushed back and split into two halves on the side of the road, all of them lined up neatly and orderly.
At that time Hancock just realized, but because of her arrogance she did not admit that she was wrong, “No matter what mistake I do, I will definitely be forgiven, it’s because I’m so beautiful!”
