Though he would have worn the glasses regardless, having others think they suited him was nice.
At the school office, his colleagues noticed the change, too.
“Sensei, did you develop vision problems?” Ikuta Yutaka asked.
Mokutsuki repeated his previous explanation.
“You look even more reliable and knowledgeable now,” Ueda Aya said, appreciating Mokutsuki’s new look.
“It really changes your appearance,” Kimura Sanjin thought aloud, surprised by the difference glasses could make.
“Maybe…” Ikuta Yutaka considered wearing glasses for his next date to change his image.
“Don’t bother. It’s because Sensei looks good in anything. Glasses won’t change much for you,” Ueda Aya remarked, seeing through Yutaka’s thoughts.
“You never know. I’ve never worn glasses before,” Yutaka said, considering the idea.
Mokutsuki smiled, not commenting, and headed to his class when it was time to teach.
