Dragon Ball: I Will Become an Angel As a Saiyan Chapter 133

Cosmic Catastrophe

Cosmic Catastrophe (Part 1)

“Hahaha, it’s all a misunderstanding… really, just a misunderstanding!” Sidra laughed awkwardly, quickly trying to explain, “Ren, Mosco and I only wanted to help Broly and Buu grow stronger. There was no other intent.”

“Misunderstanding?” Ren chuckled lightly, clearly not believing Sidra’s words. However, he decided not to deal with Sidra just yet; he would handle them one by one.

“Yeah, a misunderstanding! Truly a misunderstanding!” Sidra laughed nervously.

Ren ignored him for the moment and focused on the more pressing matter.

“Turn him into chocolate!” Majin Buu’s antenna glowed with purple energy.

Suddenly, a beam of purple lightning shot out from Buu’s antenna, aiming straight for Mule.

But at that moment, a crimson light appeared behind Buu.

Ren was momentarily taken aback, realizing it was Mosco who had made a move. Shock and anger surged through him. Wasn’t Mosco supposed to be an unintelligent machine? How was he suddenly moving on his own?

Mosco’s speed was incredible. In the blink of an eye, he was behind Buu.

BAM!

Mosco swung his mechanical fist, landing a heavy blow on Majin Buu’s back.

“Ugh…” Buu’s attack was instantly disrupted, and the energy dissipated.

The next second, Mosco raised his hand and unleashed an invisible wave of energy that shot toward Ren.

Crack… crack… crack…

Suddenly, the space in front of Ren began to tear apart, as though a black sheet of paper was being ripped open.

A massive abyss appeared out of nowhere, stretching endlessly, surrounded by black lightning crackling ominously.

“What…?” Sidra was utterly stunned.

Even Ren was momentarily frozen in shock, witnessing such a catastrophic event for the first time. Everything had happened so fast—though it took a while to describe, the events occurred in just a split second.

Even Merus, standing nearby, was wide-eyed, his pupils shrinking in disbelief. No one had expected Mosco to act on his own, let alone launch such a terrifying attack.

As Merus stood there in shock, Mosco swung his hand again, sending another invisible wave toward him.

Merus tried to trigger his Ultra Instinct and dodged to the side, but to his surprise, he couldn’t escape Mosco’s energy.

In the next moment, Merus was pulled forward uncontrollably.

BAM!

Merus collided with Ren, and both of them were sent tumbling into the enormous rift.

Whoosh!

In an instant, the rift swallowed them whole, leaving nothing behind as they vanished.

Seconds later, the rift slowly began to close, returning the space to its previous state.

Sidra was left standing there, utterly bewildered, rubbing his eyes as if trying to process what had just happened.

“You… you…” Sidra looked from Mule to Mosco, completely dumbfounded.

“Bzzt, bzzt!” Mosco’s head flashed repeatedly, emitting strange noises.

Mule, meanwhile, rubbed his bruised face, glaring at Majin Buu.

Buu, after taking the heavy blow from Mosco, had spat out a mouthful of blood and was seriously injured.

However, Buu’s body quickly began to transform, returning to Broly’s form.

Broly turned to look in the direction of the now-closed rift, realizing Ren was nowhere to be seen.

“Ren!” Broly’s face grew dark with concern.

“Mosco… did you just kill them?” Sidra felt his head spinning, overwhelmed by the thought.

“Bzzt, bzzt!” Mosco replied.

“Hmph, I have no reason to kill two angels,” Mule finally spoke, wiping the blood from his mouth and smirking. “They’ve just been transported to another universe. It’ll be a while before they return.”

Sidra let out a small sigh of relief. As long as the angels weren’t dead, the situation wouldn’t escalate beyond control. If they had died, things would have spiraled into chaos with no way out.

“What… what exactly is going on here?” Sidra asked, pointing at Mosco and then looking at Mule in confusion.

“Didn’t I tell you? I’m the strongest human in Universe 3, but Mosco is the true God of Destruction,” Mule said with a sinister smile.

“Bzzt, bzzt!” Mosco pounded his chest with his fists, his head flashing with light as strange noises emanated from him.

Sidra glanced back and forth between Mule and Mosco, his pupils narrowing in realization.

“Wait… Mosco… you’re an independent being, aren’t you?” Sidra finally understood.

“Bzzt!” Mosco let out a mechanical laugh.

“You’ve only just figured it out?” Mule chuckled darkly, a playful grin on his face.

“You’ve been hiding this well!” Sidra was stunned. “Does this mean none of the other Gods of Destruction know about this?”

“It’s not that I was hiding it,” Mule said with a grim expression. “This was my final trump card.”

Sidra raised an eyebrow in confusion.

“He’s my elder brother. He died young, but I preserved his body and merged it with Mosco,” Mule explained coldly. “Most of the time, he remains asleep. But if my life is in danger, he awakens and assists me.”

Sidra remained silent, processing the information.

“Every time he wakes up, it drains his energy,” Mule continued in a low voice. “He can only be awakened three times. After the third time… he’ll be gone forever.”

Sidra now understood the gravity of the situation.

“Mule, you’ve been hiding this incredibly well,” Sidra remarked, his face slightly pale. The strength Mosco displayed earlier had made Sidra realize that his power might even surpass his own.

If Sidra’s power level was 51, then before, Mosco, under Mule’s control, had been at level 50. Now that Mosco had regained his own consciousness, his power had surged to 52.

Mosco was now stronger than Sidra.

For the first time, Sidra felt as though he had been played, manipulated by Mule all along.

“Mule, what do you want me to do?” Sidra asked, finally breaking the silence.

“I want you to kill him,” Mule replied coldly, motioning toward Broly. As he spoke, Mule jumped into Mosco’s body, and the hatch in Mosco’s stomach closed behind him.

Boom!

Purple-red energy waves surged over Mosco’s body as he powered up to his maximum potential.

Sensing Mosco’s newfound strength, Sidra’s face grew even more grim.

If Mosco was at level 52 before, with Mule inside, he was now at level 53, one of the strongest Gods of Destruction, second only to Beerus and Quitela.

Sidra was still at level 51.

“Mule, are you really asking me to kill him?” Sidra questioned.

“Bzzt, bzzt!” Mosco growled in agreement.

Mule added, “You’re smart enough to know we’ve already provoked those angels. There’s no turning back now. Angels can’t kill, or they’ll disappear. You’ve got nothing to fear.”

Sidra remained silent, considering his options.

“Even if you kill them, those angels won’t be able to do anything to you,” Mule sneered.

“Bzzt!” Mosco waved his fists, joining in the threat.

Their voices echoing from the same body gave the whole situation an eerie vibe.

“They’ve been thrown into another universe. Even if they’re lucky, it’ll take them hours to return. If they’re unlucky, it could take days,” Mule added with a smug grin.

Sidra, deep in thought, weighed his decision. If he killed Broly and Majin Buu, he would undoubtedly make enemies of those angels.

“Mule… what if they come back? What if they don’t let us go?” Sidra muttered.

“It was you who stopped them from escaping, Sidra. Do you think they’ll forgive you?” Mule sneered.

Sidra’s face was as grim as it could be.

He hadn’t expected to fall into this trap.

I really underestimated him!

“Kill them! From now on, we’re in this together as Gods of Destruction!” Mule’s voice became colder, more menacing.

“Bzzt!” Mosco shook his fists in agreement.

Cosmic Catastrophe (Part 2)

“Mule, you better not push me! I don’t like following the orders of other Gods of Destruction!” Sidra smiled faintly, “You should be aware of one thing. Yes, you’re strong now! But what if I team up with him?”

“Go ahead and try!” Mule remained unflinching. “You know the gap between us.”

Whoosh!

Before Mule finished speaking, Mosco vanished on the spot.

In just a blink, Mosco reappeared right behind Sidra.

Sidra’s face turned pale, and he mechanically turned his head.

“How does it feel? A real move, and you couldn’t even react,” Mule’s voice echoed again. “Do you really think the two of you together can defeat me?”

Sidra fell silent, cold sweat sliding down his face.

“Killing one God of Destruction or two—it doesn’t make a difference!” Mule kept laughing coldly. “It’s been a long time since a God of Destruction was killed. Sidra, do you want to be the first?”

“Mule… how have I treated you in the past? Why are you dragging me into this?” Sidra gritted his teeth, clearly frustrated.

“Hmph, you’ve always treated me like a fool. Did you think I couldn’t see it?” Mule sneered. “Don’t take people for idiots. No one in this world is a fool—I just didn’t bother exposing you!”

Sidra remained silent once more.

“I don’t have time to argue with you. Either you kill those two now, or I’ll kill all of you!” Mule’s voice dripped with malice, his eyes filled with killing intent.

“I understand!” Sidra took a deep breath and flew toward Broly, closing the distance between them.

In the next moment, Sidra extended his hand, aiming it at Broly.

At this point, Broly appeared severely injured, barely able to stand, let alone fight.

Even if he could still fight, he probably wouldn’t last long.

Mosco’s sneak attack earlier had dealt a heavy blow to Majin Buu, knocking him unconscious, which allowed Broly to take control of the body again.

But as Broly reconnected with the body, he could feel the extent of the injuries.

“Goodbye, you two trainee Gods of Destruction. This is your fate! Blame no one but yourselves!” Sidra scoffed as a purple-red energy began to gather in his hand.

Zwoom!

Sidra unleashed a blast of Destruction Energy, sending it hurtling toward Broly.

Boom!

In an instant, Broly’s body erupted with dark green flames, pushing his energy to its maximum.

Smack!

Broly slapped the Destruction Energy away with a single blow.

“What?” Sidra’s eyes widened, surprised by Broly’s sudden surge of power.

“AAAAHHHH!” Broly roared, and massive green energy swirled between his hands.

In the blink of an eye, the green energy expanded to a 1,000-meter diameter.

With a forceful swing, Broly hurled the energy ball toward Sidra.

And just after launching the attack, Broly transformed into a green streak of light, speeding away.

While fleeing, Broly quickly pulled out a Senzu Bean and popped it into his mouth, swiftly eating it.

In fact, just when Broly took control of the body earlier, he had already secretly consumed a Senzu Bean.

So, when Sidra fired his Destruction Energy, Broly had taken the opportunity to launch a sudden counterattack, catching him off guard.

However, Broly knew he couldn’t possibly win against both of them, so he chose to escape for now.

“Hakai!”

Sidra thrust his hand forward, releasing a blast of Destruction Energy.

The destructive force collided with Broly’s green energy ball, obliterating it completely.

“This guy recovered again!” Sidra said darkly.

“It seems he has plenty of those strange beans on him,” Mule added grimly.

“Bzzt!” Mosco’s head flashed with light.

“Chase!” Mule barked.

“Chase!” Sidra nodded seriously, his body flaring up with purple-red energy.

Whoosh!

Without hesitation, Sidra took off in another direction at high speed.

Mule’s face darkened slightly.

“Sidra!” Mule roared angrily.

“Mule, I’m not doing this with you!” Sidra snorted, leaving behind a cold remark as he flew even faster.

In reality, Sidra had never intended to kill Broly and Majin Buu.

He just wanted to watch the show from the sidelines.

Sidra had already made up his mind. If Mule fought Broly to the death, he would wait until Mule was about to finish him off and then step in to save Broly and Majin Buu.

Sidra believed he had the ability to pull off such a maneuver.

Afterward, he would tell Broly and Majin Buu that he only did it to help train them—after all, being apprentice Gods of Destruction, they should feel honored to have an experienced God help them grow stronger.

If they didn’t appreciate it, Sidra would simply apologize and express his sincerity.

Sidra felt confident he could manage the situation.

After all, Sidra knew that Mosco’s strength wasn’t equal to his own.

But what Sidra hadn’t anticipated was that Mule had been hiding his true strength.

Now, things had taken a turn for the worse.

Sidra had no desire to be the one who killed the trainee Gods of Destruction that were being mentored by two angels.

They were still in the honeymoon phase with the angels, after all.

If he killed them now, those angels would never forgive him.

Especially Merus, who was the Grand Priest’s son.

Offending Ren, the human angel, wasn’t as much of a concern, but the thought of crossing the Grand Priest’s son terrified him.

So, after weighing his options, Sidra decided to make a swift exit.

As Sidra flew far away, he glanced back to make sure Mule wasn’t chasing him, and only then did he feel somewhat relieved.

This guy will get me into serious trouble!

If Broly and Buu end up being killed, I’ll be dragged down with him.

With that thought, Sidra didn’t hesitate any longer and quickly contacted Mohito, the angel of Universe 9.

“Lord Sidra, this situation… could be quite problematic,” Mohito sighed.

“Mohito, you’ve been watching this whole time?” Sidra was surprised.

“With something this significant happening in our universe, of course, I wouldn’t miss it,” Mohito replied calmly. “It seems the situation has already gone beyond what you expected, hasn’t it?”

After crossing into the world of Dragon Ball, Ren became a Saiyan of Planet Vegeta. At the start, he traded a simple starchy sausage made of technology and hard work for Whis's simplified version of Ultra Instinct. Unexpectedly, he ended up cultivating the power of an angel.

From then on, Ren strived to become an angel.

Years later.

All the gods sat together at one table during the 88th convention of the Universe's Gods of Destruction, Supreme Kais, and apprentice angels.

Beerus suddenly stood up: "Ren, stand up for a moment."

Ren: "????"

Beerus: "Just stand up, it'll be quick."

Ren stood up, puzzled.

Beerus: "I wanted to say that everyone here is trash!"

Ren: "Beerus, sit down. I want to join in too."

Beerus: "You're an angel, why do you want to join?"
