“Damn it! How dare you resist? Just eat it, you should be grateful!”
Aqua’s face contorted further in frustration. Using both hands, she exerted all her strength, trying to force the fruit into the pool.
The wishing pool trembled violently, resisting her efforts.
“You stubborn fool! If you don’t take this, I’ll blow you up!”
Aqua’s temper flared. With her hands glowing brilliantly, she unleashed a chaotic mix of divine fire, holy water, purification power, goddess blessings, and elemental magic on the fruit.
Boom!
The poor Smooth-Smooth Fruit was crushed and juiced, forcibly flowing into the wishing pool.
The pool trembled even more violently, but it seemed to give in after a few seconds and returned to a calm state.

Lastly, and most importantly, they had to be intelligent!
Based on these criteria, Icey had already decided on the characteristics for this wish:

Inventors would naturally have a high IQ, and weaponry was a significant power system in the pirate world. Vegapunk’s inventions, for example, had immense destructive capabilities.

Face blackened from being petted so roughly, Meowth, a self-proclaimed villain, felt insulted by being treated like a pet.
This is unbearable!
Its sharp claws extended, swiping directly at Aqua’s face.

With a flash of its claws, three marks appeared on Aqua’s pretty face.
“It’s quite aggressive. Don’t worry, I won’t hurt you.”
Surprisingly gentle and forgiving, Aqua used a healing spell to mend her face, then reached out to Meowth on the table with open arms.
Meowth bristled, watching Aqua warily.
“A talking cat… does that make it a monster?” King commented seriously from a distance.
“I taught myself human language! Meowth is not a monster, Meowth!” Meowth hissed at King.
King’s heartbeat accelerated, the sound of engines roaring.
Startled by the sudden noise, Meowth’s eyes fell on King’s intimidating face.
This guy looks really strong, and he’s giving me a murderous glare.
“I’m terribly sorry, please forgive my rudeness!”
A skilled diplomat, Meowth bowed elegantly to King.
“King, calm down, don’t scare the child. This kitty is our new companion,” Aqua said with a warm smile.
Her unfamiliar demeanor made Icey almost question his vision.
“Alright, Meowth, no need to be on guard. King won’t hurt you,” Icey reassured.
After all, you’re the only one hurting him…
Though Meowth seemed unreliable and limited in combat ability, seeing Aqua and King made it seem more agreeable.
Thinking back, Meowth did create many technological marvels for Team Rocket, potentially making it a valuable asset.
He had no intention of returning this one.
