Fuming, Hiruzen hadn’t expected Jin to act so boldly, but Danzo’s actions provided a valid reason.
Turning to Mitokado Homura, who had yet to face Jin’s wrath, Hiruzen nodded.
Homura, understanding the look, hesitated but stepped forward.
“I… I think… this matter…”
“What do you think!”
Jin cut him off, his powerful gaze bearing down on Homura.
“Old man from the Mitokado clan, I’ve tolerated you long enough. As an elder who has contributed much, I show you respect.”
“But you’re just trash. You and Danzo are long-time friends; don’t tell me you’re unaware of his dirty deeds!”
“If you claim ignorance, we’ll verify it. Let’s see if my Uchiha backbone or your conscience holds up!”
Without waiting for a response, Jin pushed Fugaku forward, coldly stating:
“If our leader Fugaku fears a memory search like Homura, I’ll write my name backwards!”
