Hours later, a fishing boat speeds across the sea.

Three days later, at Water 7, a man and a monkey stroll through the city.

Approaching, Nokiyoru addresses the unique creature, “Mr. Tom?”
“Yes, and you are?” The bull-horned fish-man turns, looking at Nokiyoru with some confusion.
“Nokiyoru Kara.” Nokiyoru introduces himself.
“Nokiyoru Kara? That name sounds familiar.” Tom scratches his head, thinking hard.
“Mr. Tom, I’d like you to build me a ship.” Nokiyoru gets straight to the point.
“Oh? Having me build a ship isn’t cheap.”
“Money is not an issue.”
“So, what kind of ship?” Tom asks, interested.
“Entirely made of Adam wood and powered by flames. It doesn’t need to be large, just with four or five rooms…” Nokiyoru explains his idea, confident in Tom’s ability since he built the Pirate King’s ship.
“Adam wood?” Tom frowns, then perks up at the concept of a flame-powered ship.
“500 million Berries. Half a month to complete. Pay a 200 million deposit first.” Tom states the price and time straightforwardly.
“A 200 million deposit first?” Nokiyoru frowns, having not brought much money.
Turning, he eyes the numerous pirate ships along the coast, smiling.
“500 million Berries, okay, but you have one week.”
Tom ponders, then smiles. “Deal. When will you pay the deposit? I need to buy Adam wood from the black market.”
“Now.” Nokiyoru doesn’t question Tom about the black market, knowing that in this business, most materials have shady origins, especially something like Adam wood, which the World Government bans.
“Little Gold, take all the wealth from the pirate ships.”
Minutes later, Tom’s face turns pale, staring at the mountain of treasure beside him.
“Infinite Arrows.” Blazing arrows rain down, and countless weapons fall from the sky.
In an instant, the entire coastline is ablaze, and countless pirate ships burn to ashes.
The sudden spectacle sends Water 7 into a frenzy.
Countless pirates emerge from the city, standing by the shore, exuding violent auras.
