Upon learning their identities, Bulma immediately contacted the recently returned Goku and Raditz.
With Lin Chuan away, only Goku and Raditz could be relied upon now.
At the same time, Bulma also called in Krillin, Tien, and others, hoping they could help.

“Of course, don’t assume Babidi only hides in the shadows using magic. Let me be clear, while he himself is weak, Babidi has several powerful subordinates at his side, far beyond Frieza in strength. Most notably, according to the intel I have, King Dabura is under his control. He’s even stronger than I am,” Shin continued.
As soon as Shin compared Babidi’s followers to Frieza, everyone present didn’t know how to react.

“In my eyes now, Frieza is just a clown! You, Supreme Kai, don’t seem all that impressive either! So by that logic, even King Dabura must not be much,” Raditz spoke harshly, bluntly stating his opinion.
His words weren’t pleasant, but everyone agreed.
Even Krillin and Tien felt that this so-called supreme deity of the universe wasn’t much.
Compared to a God of Destruction, he was far inferior.
Shin was visibly flustered, while Kibito, trying to defend his master, chimed in,
“You Saiyans and Earthlings are too naive! Lord Supreme Kai could easily destroy that ‘Emperor of the Universe’ Frieza with just a gesture. But facing Babidi’s evil minions, we must tread carefully, especially King Dabura, the true king of the Demon Realm!”
With Kibito’s support, Shin solemnly nodded.
But the truth was, they had no idea just how powerful everyone here really was.
Just like in the original series, the Supreme Kai remained out of touch, never realizing how strong the Z-Warriors had become, causing him to miss the early opportunity to destroy Majin Buu.
“Tch~! I think it’s you who’s overthinking things,” Raditz scoffed, not buying Kibito’s words and showing zero respect for the Supreme Kai.
At that moment, Goku stepped in to ease the tension, “Regardless of how strong he is, he’s still a demon king! I’ve been looking for a real challenge, this could be good training for all of us, right?”
He smiled as he spoke, completely ignoring the stunned expressions of Shin and Kibito.
Then Goku added, “But I’m still curious, if Babidi’s trying to revive that legendary Majin Buu, why not just use the energy of his own followers?”
That question echoed what others had been wondering.
“I don’t want to shatter your confidence, but I must warn you, if you’re not careful, you could lose your lives, and I would be to blame,” Shin began seriously.
“As for your question, it has to do with the seal. Although the egg containing Majin Buu was sealed by Babidi’s father Bibidi, to prevent future danger, it requires pure energy to unseal it.”
“So Babidi can’t just use any energy, it has to be extremely pure?” Tien interjected.
That condition fit this group of warriors perfectly.
Which led everyone to suspect, Babidi came to Earth for their energy.
“Hmph! According to what you’ve said, you’re planning to use us as bait to locate Babidi’s lair, aren’t you?” Raditz’s sharp mind saw through it.
Tien and Krillin had only realized their pure energy might be the reason Babidi came to Earth,
But they didn’t consider the deeper implication, Shin and Kibito came to them not just to warn, but to use them.
If Shin himself didn’t know Babidi’s exact location, wasn’t he trying to manipulate them into drawing Babidi out?
“That’s too much, Saiyan! Lord Supreme Kai merely hopes for your assistance. Perhaps your pure energy can lure out these evildoers. Isn’t it worth it to stop a crisis threatening the universe at minimal cost?!” Kibito snapped, trying to regain control of the conversation.
Unfortunately, he overestimated himself.
He thought that aside from Lin Chuan, the rest weren’t strong enough to compare to the Supreme Kai.
But in truth, to them, Shin and Kibito were like insects.
Supreme Kai Shin clearly lived in his own world, especially now that he had grown stronger with the Old Kai’s guidance. He added, “Perhaps Kibito’s words were a bit much, but our goal remains, to destroy Majin Buu before it’s too late.”
“You cannot understand how terrifying Majin Buu is. I fear that only a God of Destruction, or Lin Chuan and Piccolo, can truly defeat him…”
He didn’t even finish before Raditz cut him off.
“Hmph! You speak so righteously, but come asking for our help while still belittling us. You’re ridiculous, Supreme Kai.” Raditz sneered. “I don’t care what your plan is. I just know that anyone who dares threaten Earth will face my wrath! Even you’re no exception!”
“And you may fear Majin Buu and want to destroy him before he revives, but I’m not afraid!”
“Lin Chuan is strong! Piccolo too! But you seriously underestimate us, and overestimate Majin Buu!”
As Raditz finished, Shin and Kibito looked increasingly sour.
Yet the others felt fired up by Raditz’s passion.
Even Goku knew his brother was right.
No one could threaten Earth, not even the Supreme Kai.
Even if it were a God of Destruction, they would fight to the end.
“I don’t know how strong Majin Buu really is, or why he scares you so much, Lord Supreme Kai,” Goku said, “but with my and Raditz’s current power, even if we’re still not at Lin Chuan’s level, we’re not far behind.”
“By your own standards, even without turning Super Saiyan, my brother and I could easily defeat you.”
“So what frightens you… might not be all that strong to us.”
This was Goku’s confidence.
After all that training, if he didn’t have at least this much faith in himself, it would have all been for nothing.
Having been ridiculed by Raditz and now humbled by Goku’s words, Shin was dumbfounded, and Kibito blushed with embarrassment, unable to retort.
They had learned to never underestimate Saiyans, especially after seeing Lin Chuan’s terrifying power, but they hadn’t expected even the other Saiyans to be this arrogant.
Still, Shin could sense the divine energy Goku deliberately released.
If he couldn’t even recognize that power after his divine training, he’d be a fool.
“Maybe… maybe you really can…” he muttered. Though not completely convinced, Shin could no longer argue.
Originally, he’d come to lead the operation, to rally Earth’s warriors to take down Babidi and stop Majin Buu’s resurrection.
Now, it had backfired.
The worst-case plan in Shin’s mind was to contact Angel Whis with the help of the Old Supreme Kai, in order to recall Lin Chuan and Piccolo from Universe 6.
As for waking a God of Destruction? Shin didn’t even dare consider it.
Due to the gravity of the threat to the universe, Shin and Kibito remained, working with the group to discuss countermeasures.
But after learning all the intel, they became largely unnecessary, their value was in filling gaps of knowledge for the Z-Warriors.
Nearly an hour later, the group’s focus returned to one thing, how to locate Babidi’s spaceship.
Goku and Raditz used their divine sense several times to search, but turned up nothing.
Goku admired Babidi’s magical concealment. Raditz dismissed it, comparing him to a rat.
Just when all seemed hopeless,
No one knew, a shadow had already arrived in the darkness.
This figure was cloaked in a strange black-and-purple aura. If a God of Destruction or Angel were present, they’d immediately sense, this was the power of time.
