After understanding his golden finger, Gilgamesh focused his mind, and a status panel appeared before him, visible only to him.
[Name: Gilgamesh
Character Template: Young Gilgamesh
Class: Archer
Strength: C
Endurance: C
Agility: C
Mana: C
Luck: A
Noble Phantasm: EX
Class Skills: Magic Resistance (E), Independent Action (A), Divinity (B)
Innate Skills: Charisma (A+), Youthful Handsomeness (C), Golden Rule (A), Collector (EX)
Royal Points: 0.]
Looking at the familiar status panel, Gilgamesh nodded slightly.
The panel was actually the status of young Gilgamesh, which he had carefully reviewed when he drew it, so it didn’t surprise him.
However, the young Gilgamesh’s status panel was from the Nasuverse, not applicable to the world of Bleach he now found himself in.
To give a simple example:
Young Gilgamesh is a Heroic Spirit. Although he has an A-rank Independent Action ability, his existence and use of Noble Phantasms both consume mana.
The world of Bleach clearly lacks the mana of the Nasuverse, and there are no Masters to support Heroic Spirits with mana.
This means that once young Gilgamesh’s inherent mana is exhausted, Gilgamesh might be unable to use the powers provided by the young Gilgamesh template.
Thinking this, Gilgamesh opened the exchange shop and found the templates available for the world of Bleach.
After a brief scan, he decided to ignore most of the templates.
Gilgamesh found that most of the Royal character templates from the human world lacked special powers, so they required few points and had low growth potential.
Eventually, Gilgamesh found four templates that met his needs:
[Baraggan Louisenbairn (Young) (Growth Potential A): 100 million points.
Sosuke Aizen (Young) (Growth Potential A): 500 million points.
Yhwach (Young) (Growth Potential S): 1 billion points.
Soul King (Young) (Growth Potential S): 10 billion points.]
In the Bleach storyline, Baraggan is the ancient Vasto Lorde and former king of Hueco Mundo.
Aizen defeated Baraggan and became the new king of Hueco Mundo.
Yhwach is the son of the Soul King and king of the Wandenreich.
As for the Soul King, he can be considered the king of the Bleach world.
Gilgamesh was puzzled as to why the Soul King and Yhwach had the same growth potential of S-rank.
In the Bleach storyline, the Soul King showed far greater power than Yhwach, and the current three worlds were separated using the Soul King’s power.
Gilgamesh’s current young Gilgamesh template is also S-rank.
Although he didn’t know why, he understood one thing:
Even if the growth potential is the same, the required points for exchange can be different.
Most importantly, Gilgamesh didn’t have enough Royal Points to exchange for these templates.
He also noticed that characters like Genryusai Yamamoto, the captain of the Gotei 13, and members of the Royal Guard didn’t have templates.
Because they weren’t considered Royal characters in the Royal System.
It made sense, as they could be seen as subordinates of the Soul King.
Without dwelling on it, Gilgamesh stopped browsing the Bleach character templates and started looking at other items.
Soon, he found what he wanted.
[Reiatsu (Initial): 100 points.]
Reiatsu is the unique power system in the Bleach world.
Simply put, the stronger the Reiatsu, the stronger the power.
In the original story, Aizen Sosuke once said, “A Shinigami’s battle is essentially a battle of Reiatsu.”
Once he had initial Reiatsu, Gilgamesh could continually enhance it through the Royal System’s point-addition ability, without worrying about future growth.
The only problem now was that Gilgamesh didn’t even have 100 Royal Points.
Thinking this, Gilgamesh’s gaze couldn’t help but fall on Renji Abarai and Rukia, thinking to himself: ‘They are main storyline characters. If I subdue them, I should be able to get those 100 Royal Points.’
Sensing Gilgamesh’s gaze, Renji and Rukia, who were bickering, looked over.
They saw Gilgamesh’s unique wine-red eyes.
Perhaps because his initial template was young Gilgamesh, his appearance and physique matched young Gilgamesh perfectly, a handsome blond boy with red eyes.
Youthful Handsomeness was one of young Gilgamesh’s innate skills, a skill that exhibited the nature of an alluringly handsome boy, with a bewitching effect regardless of gender.
Of course, the bewitching effect could be avoided with the Magic Resistance skill.
Even without Magic Resistance, a strong will could reduce the effect.
Rukia’s kindness towards Gilgamesh was also due to the effect of Youthful Handsomeness.
Although young, Rukia had seen much evil in this chaotic Inuzuri.
She knew how foolish it was to show kindness in such a place.
Renji’s feeling of attraction towards Gilgamesh was also due to Youthful Handsomeness.
Because innate skills are passive by nature, even Gilgamesh couldn’t control them.
Before they could speak, Gilgamesh, in a youthful yet dignified voice, said, “This King have just arrived. Would you be willing to be my guides in this world?”
“Rest assured, This King will reward you generously.”
Renji and Rukia exchanged glances at hearing someone refer to himself as ‘This King.’
Renji frowned and asked, “‘This King’? Is that your name?”
Gilgamesh’s expression remained unchanged as he responded, “‘This King’ is just a title. My true name is Gilgamesh, and This King was once the king of a human kingdom.”
Gilgamesh didn’t know if the name Gilgamesh existed in this world, but he hoped it did and that Renji and Rukia had heard of it.
This would make subduing them much easier.
But Gilgamesh was quickly disappointed.
The puzzled looks on Renji and Rukia’s faces showed they hadn’t heard of ‘Gilgamesh.’
However, their faces showed surprise, shock, doubt, and confusion.
It was clear they didn’t entirely believe Gilgamesh.
