In the valley.
Four members of the Ten Commandments gang, wielding AKs and wearing red headbands, escorted Tony Stark, rushing him to the execution site.
The execution site was on a hillside; after killing a person, they would throw the body down the hill, where it would roll to the bottom.
Then, countless snakes, rats, insects, and other scavengers would consume the body, sparing the gang members the hassle of cleaning up.
“Hey, you can’t do this to me. My five million ransom is coming soon!” Tony pleaded weakly as the four gang members forcefully pushed him up the hill.
Along the way, Tony continued to beg for mercy, but the gang members seemed determined to kill him.
“This is the second time! Last time, you asked for a five-day delay, and today it’s due!” one gang member said coldly. “For someone as dishonest as you, we won’t give you another chance to deal! Just die!”
The gang leader sneered, raising his AK and aiming at Tony’s head.
“No!” Tony closed his eyes in despair, waiting for death to come.
But just then, a roaring sound suddenly erupted!
A dark figure descended from the sky, crashing directly into the gang leader!
The leader didn’t even have time to scream before he was turned into a pulp.
The sudden event terrified the remaining gang members, who yelled loudly as they fired rapidly at Tony’s Mark Armor.
However, their bullets were merely a tickle to the Mark Armor, leaving only white marks.
“Damn, what the hell is this thing!” the gang members shouted in panic, having never seen such advanced equipment before.
“Tony!”
Both shocked and relieved, Tony had not expected such a timely rescue.
“Hang on, I’ll deal with them!”
Not giving the remaining gang members a chance to continue firing, and perhaps to prevent them from hurting Tony, he charged at them with the Mark Armor.
Several gang members were sent flying, limbs broken.
“Don’t talk, hold on to me!” Tony said, looking at the gang members who had regrouped nearby.
He knew he had to get away quickly with Dr. Ethan and Tony. The longer they stayed, the harder it would be, especially since these guys had his manufactured weapons.
Tony and Dr. Ethan swiftly flew through the air.
The gang members surrounded them, firing continuously at Tony and Dr. Ethan.
“We must leave here quickly!” Once the Ten Commandments’ backup arrived, Tony knew their escape would be intricate.
Suddenly, jets of flame burst from the leg armor of the Mark Armor, dramatically increasing its speed in an instant!
With a loud bang, Tony Stark quickly descended into the valley.
“Ethan, hurry!”
Upon landing, Tony crushed a few terrorists at the entrance of a cave under his feet and ground them down with force. Blood and flesh flew everywhere. Dr. Ethan ran out, wielding an AK.
Bang, bang, bang! Dr. Ethan fired at the nearby Ten Commandments gang members.
Several gang members fell to the ground under his gunfire.
“This won’t do. You can’t carry both of us alone, and we need a car!” Dr. Ethan shouted at Tony as he charged forward.
“There’s a car over there!” Tennoji spotted a gang’s SUV and hurried towards it.
Meanwhile, Tony positioned himself in front of the two, blocking the bullets fired by the Ten Commandments gang members.
“Get in the car!”
Tennoji quickly drove the SUV over, calling out to Dr. Ethan.
“Tony, what about you?”
Dr. Ethan looked toward Tony.
“Go ahead, I’ll cover you!”
Tony extended his hands, and flames erupted from both, reaching over ten meters long subduing the terrorists.
However, the leader of this Ten Commandments base quickly reacted, rallying everyone left to counterattack Tony.
Under the gunfire of weapons Tony himself had manufactured, many parts of Tony’s Mark Armor were damaged.
With the transmission damaged, the heavy armor became challenging to move, and Tony’s agility significantly decreased.
“Kill him! Kill all three of them!” the leader furiously ordered.
A henchman immediately brought over an RPG and fired at Tony.
Boom! The RPG missed Tony but accidentally hit a nearby ammunition depot.
A massive explosion occurred in the valley, sending up a mushroom cloud!
The colossal blast wave threw Tony and forced the Ten Commandments gang members to scatter for cover.
“Tony! Are you alright?”
Ignoring the blast, Tennoji and Dr. Ethan drove up to Tony.
“I’m fine!”
Tony quickly emerged from the Mark Armor and hopped into the car.
The Mark Armor was now useless and had no value.
“Hold on!”
Tennoji yelled and then slammed on the accelerator. The SUV shot out of the valley like an arrow.
“Don’t let them get away!”
Ratatat! The leader furiously ordered, and the gang members fired shots, but their bullets couldn’t catch up to the speed of the SUV, only leaving bullet holes in the rear.
“What are you waiting for? Get in the car. We must catch them today!” the leader shouted, and all his underlings got into their vehicles, wielding weapons, and chased after the fleeing trio.
“Hurry! They’re almost on us!”
Tony sat in the back of the open-top SUV.
He felt bullets whizzing past his ears, causing him great alarm.
“It’s already as fast as it can go! The pedal is to the metal!” Tennoji said irritably. “We can only shake them off; otherwise, we’re done for! Tony, can you contact your friends in the U.S. military?”
“Just keep driving! Someone in the Middle East will be looking for me, and it’s all down to our luck now!” Tony said, hope gleaming in his eyes.
Whether they could escape was now truly up to fate.
