Lee Sin’s Bizzare Adventure Chapter 52

The Encounter

Bucciarati was puzzled.

As he and his companions drove into the city of Naples, closing in on their target, Lee Sin unexpectedly revealed himself.

He made a high-profile appearance at a high-end restaurant under the protection of the organization, causing a commotion and loudly demanding that the restaurant manager call out all their protectors for a showdown.

“What do you all think?”

“Why would Lee Sin choose to show himself now?”

Bucciarati, frowning deeply, turned from the passenger seat to ask his companions for their opinions.

“Uh…” Narancia scratched his head, thinking hard but failing to come up with anything valuable.

Abbacchio sat silently next to the unconscious Mista, seemingly lost in his own thoughts and not responding.

It was Fugo who provided a useful guess:

“This kind of self-exposure is too illogical…”

“I think he probably knows too little about our organization to counterattack effectively. So he’s using such a bold and dangerous method to lure out our members and find a way to strike back.”

“The lack of information is a good thing for us, but from another perspective…”

The 14-year-old illegal driver, Fugo, said seriously while driving:

“Someone who dares to do this must be very confident in his own strength, right?”

“Exactly.”

Bucciarati nodded, his tone serious:

“This will definitely be a tough opponent.”

“Also… the boss, to help us complete our task, had Polpo relay Lee Sin’s Stand ability to us, but…”

“This only makes me more concerned.”

“What?” Fugo sensed the hidden meaning in Bucciarati’s words.

His expression turned extremely surprised:

“The emergency order to hunt Lee Sin was personally issued by the boss, which is unusual, and he even offered the ‘cadre position’ as a reward.”

“And the boss himself knows Lee Sin’s Stand ability, which means…”

“Lee Sin likely fought against the boss and survived until now?!”

“So in that case, he must have information on the boss’s abili…”

“Enough!”

“Don’t speak of things you shouldn’t know.”

Bucciarati quickly stopped Fugo’s potentially dangerous words:

“We were already tracking him to this place. The restaurant is not far from here; if we speed up, we’ll see Lee Sin in a few minutes.”

“So, I hope you all prepare mentally…”

He spoke seriously to his companions, while also steeling his own resolve:

“Regardless of who Lee Sin is or what he’s done, he is our enemy now, a target we must eliminate.”

“And if Lee Sin has survived angering the boss, his strength is definitely formidable.”

“If we don’t fight with the goal of killing him, it might be us who die!”

Bucciarati was a good man, but he had killed good men.

If he softened whenever he faced a good person, he would have long since been eliminated in the organization’s internal purges.

“Understood!”

Narancia and Fugo nodded, assuring they wouldn’t hesitate.

Abbacchio also nodded but quickly raised a small question.

“What about this kid?” He pointed to the unconscious Mista beside him.

“Hmm…”

Bucciarati thought for a moment.

He had a personal motive for bringing Mista along—

Mista’s character, qualities, and Stand ability, shown during his act of bravery, were very much to Bucciarati’s liking.

Even though they were currently on opposing sides due to a misunderstanding, Bucciarati still had the idea of talking to Mista afterward and recruiting him into the team.

After all, there were very few Stand users with such integrity and compatible worldviews.

And if he wanted to become the guardian of Naples, to achieve his dream of changing the Mafia from within, he needed many like-minded and capable companions.

So, Bucciarati answered:

“Lee Sin has already shown himself, so we need to prioritize the mission.”

“There’s no hospital nearby… let’s leave him in the car to rest. After the fight, I’ll talk to him.”

Lee Sin indeed caused a significant disturbance in the restaurant.

First, he rudely demanded the restaurant manager cut ten pounds of fillet. The manager reluctantly agreed.

Then, he changed his demand to ten pounds of T-bone steak, and the manager reluctantly agreed again.

Finally, when Lee Sin asked for ten pounds of tripe, which the manager had never seen before, he couldn’t bear it any longer and called security.

Thus, the situation escalated to violence…

Lee Sin first beat up the security guards who tried to stop him, then grabbed the restaurant manager by the collar, forcing him to call for help from the Mafia.

In the end…

All the customers, chefs, waiters, and the unfortunate manager fled in panic under Lee Sin’s intimidation.

The once high-end restaurant quickly became desolate and empty.

Thus, Lee Sin and Giorno took over the restaurant.

Five minutes later, at 3:48 PM.

“Has no one come yet?” Lee Sin sat idly at the table, sipping on an expensive-looking bottle of wine he found in the restaurant.

“The call went out only a few minutes ago. The Mafia doesn’t work that fast.”

“And even if someone comes, it might not be Bucciarati.”

Giorno replied casually.

As he spoke, he focused on prying open a small safe under the counter—since the store was already trashed, taking some pocket money didn’t seem like a big deal.

Just then, a car screeched to a halt outside.

The sharp sound indicated the car was speeding, arriving urgently and clearly targeting this location.

“Did they really arrive so quickly?”

Giorno was slightly surprised. This was unlike the Mafia he knew:

“How could they be so fast… Were they just nearby? No…”

“Lee Sin, be careful!”

He warned Lee Sin seriously:

“The Mafia never responds so quickly to petty vandalism.”

“If they arrived this fast, the most likely reason is… they’re the ones sent to kill you!”

“Got it.”

Lee Sin nodded and cautiously walked outside with Giorno to observe the high-profile intruders.

It was a young blond boy, his face still showing some traces of youth.

He carefully parked the car at a safe distance, then got out alone and walked slowly towards the restaurant.

As he approached, Lee Sin and Giorno could see his bright, bold green outfit more clearly:

The outfit was designed to be tight and sexy, with a daring deep V at the abdomen and many open holes on the sleeves, shoulders, and pant legs.

It constantly displayed the wearer’s attractive physique.

Unfortunately, it was worn by a boy.

“Is that Bucciarati?” Giorno asked.

“No,” Lee Sin shook his head.

Though he had never seen Bucciarati in person, he could easily recognize him from the anime.

“But this kid is probably a Stand user.”

Lee Sin said confidently.

He sensed the unique fashion sense that Stand users had from the boy’s flamboyant attire.

“Are you Lee Sin?”

The blond boy stood his ground, facing Lee Sin and Giorno across the street.

“Yes.” Lee Sin answered frankly, “And you are?”

“The one here to kill you,” the blond boy replied arrogantly.

“Did you come alone?” Lee Sin frowned.

“To kill you, I alone am enough.”

The blond boy replied haughtily.

Then, before Lee Sin and Giorno, he shouted arrogantly:

“Go, Aerosmith!”
