One Piece Admiral Seirin Chapter 77

Publication Speech

Publication is set for tomorrow at 12:00 PM. Please support with first-day subscriptions.

There will be a minimum of five updates on the first day of publication.

My goal is to achieve a badge for ten consecutive days of ten-thousand-word updates.

Besides tomorrow’s launch updates, scheduled for after 12:00 PM, future updates will consistently be released at 7:00 AM, regardless of the number of chapters.

I hope those who find this book even slightly interesting will consider subscribing.

As of now, this book has 5600 total bookmarks.

As a new author, my expectations for performance are low. A few hundred subscriptions would be very satisfying.

I write part-time, so even if the book doesn’t perform well, it won’t affect my life. You can subscribe without worrying about the author abandoning the story due to low subscriptions.

Moreover, the platform provides excellent incentives for consistent writing, encouraging authors to continue.

This reminds me of a book I wrote back in 2019, also a One Piece fanfic. It reached 200,000 words but died before publication because it had only 200 bookmarks.

I later had to deliver food to make ends meet, and I still feel guilty about disappointing the reader who rewarded me with 1000 starting points.

Now, about this book.

This story revolves around a young boy named Rosha, who had a tragic past life and is reincarnated into the world of One Piece. He becomes a Marine and climbs to the peak of the sea, gathering like-minded individuals to change the world together.

Rosha’s birthplace is the Lubnieru Kingdom in the North Blue, the hometown of Montblanc Noland, also known as “Liar Noland.”

Born on a small island called Maple Leaf Village, he possesses a unique, steel-bone-like physique, making his bones exceptionally strong. Coupled with innate Life Return, his ability to absorb nutrients is monstrous.

Such talent should have been a godsend start, but being born into a humble fisherman’s family in Maple Leaf Village turned his special constitution into a never-ending hunger disorder.

99% of the food he consumed turned into energy to nourish his bones, causing malnutrition in other parts of his body, leaving him perpetually emaciated.

Not only did he suffer from a weak body, but he also constantly battled an insatiable hunger that could lead him to devour everyone around him, losing his humanity.

Despite this, Rosha’s ordinary parents, Old John and Elizabeth, never abandoned him, unlike Big Mom’s parents. This gave Rosha a sense of belonging in this world.

As a transmigrator, he would have experienced severe disconnection. He would have viewed this world as a game, indifferent to the fate of its people.

I devised a tragic backstory to make the protagonist empathetic and driven to change the world rather than going with the flow.

I also introduced Akainu as Rosha’s mentor, guiding him into the Marines. If it had been Dragon, Rosha might have joined the Revolutionary Army.

Due to his upbringing with socialist education, Rosha couldn’t fully adhere to Akainu’s absolute justice. His tragic experiences shaped his harsh stance against pirates, unlike the more lenient Aokiji and Kizaru.

You can consider him like a pre-lazy Aokiji, but with more decisive killing.

As the text says, “Those who commit unforgivable sins shall be killed without mercy.”

For instance, characters like Caesar Clown would never see Impel Down; meeting Rosha would mean immediate death.

Regarding future interactions with characters like Luffy and Ace, Rosha won’t kill anyone unless they’ve committed significant wrongs. He won’t actively recruit them either.

Everyone has their own path to follow, and Rosha’s presence will change the world, making the future unpredictable. Some characters might exit early, and others might miss certain positions.

Interestingly, I asked an AI how to change the One Piece world as a Marine Admiral, and it suggested the following five points. Here’s what it said:

  1. Form Alliances: Connect with other righteous forces and countries to combat pirates and other evil entities. By cooperating, you can consolidate power to protect world peace.
  2. Promote Reforms: As an admiral, push for internal reforms to enhance the Navy’s efficiency and transparency. Ensure a fair judicial system, fight corruption, and establish a better management structure.
  3. Protect the Innocent: Your duty as an admiral is to shield innocent people from pirates and other malevolent forces. Strive to eliminate pirate threats, ensure maritime security, and create a peaceful and stable environment for the populace.
  4. Train the Next Generation: Focus on training new naval officers and soldiers, emphasizing moral education and skill development. Establish a fair promotion system, encourage talent growth, and continuously improve the Navy’s strength and quality.
  5. Collaborate with the Revolutionary Army: Though an admiral, cooperating with the Revolutionary Army might be key to world change. Understand their goals and motivations, seek common ground, resolve differences through dialogue and compromise, and ultimately achieve peace and justice.

As you can see, even AI acknowledges that pirates must be eradicated to change the world…

Very interesting.

Most One Piece fanfics follow a similar path, leading to the same conclusion.

Back to the main point.

I chose a classic beginning and Mythical Zoan setting due to my limited writing skills and knowledge base, which might cause issues if I write too complexly.

Secondly, I love One Piece and the Zoan types, favoring epic battles, muscle-bound heroes, and raw, physical combat.

Additionally, I didn’t want to insert personal biases or awkwardly criticize certain characters, so I wrote a straightforward fanfic.

This book has many flaws, stemming from its setting, writing style, and lack of extensive knowledge.

Thankfully, many readers have given detailed feedback and valuable suggestions, helping me see the book’s shortcomings.

That’s all for now.

Thanks to all who read, recommended, and voted. There are too many of you to list individually.
