“Looks like Luffy is arriving soon!” Rokujin whispered. Since he had to save Luffy, he decided to wait at the execution platform. Luffy was bound to visit the place where the former Pirate King was executed.
After a while, a pair of elongated arms reached the platform, and a figure leaped up, looking around: “So this is where the Pirate King was executed? That was 22 years ago today!”
Rokujin looked up; sure enough, it was Luffy. Except for Zoro, who needed direction, Luffy found the place impressive.
Suddenly, a policeman below shouted through a megaphone, “Hey kid, get down from there!”
“Why?” Luffy asked, puzzled.
The policeman explained, “That’s a special execution platform under the jurisdiction of the World Government. It’s not a place for you. Get down immediately!”
But Luffy didn’t listen and continued chatting, “Don’t be so unreasonable, Officer…”
“Get down now, or we won’t be polite!” the officer warned.

Below the platform, Buggy laughed triumphantly. “Well done, Cabaji! Look at this: my countless minions across the world. Now, we shall have a grand public execution!”
“Feel honored, Straw Hat boy. You will die in the same place as the Pirate King…” Buggy boasted as he climbed the platform, ready to kill Luffy personally.
Meanwhile, in the corner, Rokujin was about to take action when he noticed a cold breeze. Looking up, he saw dark clouds gathering as if it were about to rain. Suddenly, he realized something, “It’s Dragon! Luffy’s father. I must act before Dragon does!”
Pure white electric arcs flickered in his hand. In a moment, his entire wrist turned into lightning. He pointed to the sky, “Divine Punishment!”
A bolt of white lightning shot into the sky, causing it to tremble and thunder. Brilliant lightning flickered in the air.
On the platform, Buggy, unaware of what was happening above, gleefully raised his sword. “Straw Hat boy, die!”
As he lifted the sword, a massive lightning bolt descended from the sky.
“Boom!”
