“Thud… thud…”
Each step shook the ground, an overwhelming aura, like Mount Tai, pressed down, making the entire beach silent.
A rugged face, piercing eyes, upturned mustache, a massive figure, bare-fisted like a prehistoric beast, exuding grandeur and dominance.
Every muscle tense, hairs standing on end, feeling the unparalleled pressure, Nokiyoru stood straight, his expression serious.
As expected of the man hailed as the world’s strongest, Whitebeard was in his prime, and one could only imagine how terrifying that was.
“Marine brat, I wonder if you can let my children go,” the rough voice conveyed irresistible command.
“What if I don’t?” Nokiyoru stood firm against the mountainous pressure, his eyes blazing.
Whitebeard was taken aback, then laughed heartily. “An interesting brat.”
“I want to know the gap between us because one day, I will capture you,” Nokiyoru declared powerfully, his intense fighting spirit spreading throughout.
“Bastard, what did you say?” The Whitebeard Pirates on the deck shouted angrily.
“Such arrogance.”
“Do you think you can stand against our father?”
“You’re not even worthy of facing him. Let me test your skills.”
“Kurara… kurara… Everyone, stay where you are. This little brat has piqued my interest,” Whitebeard commanded, looking with interest at the tiny figure standing by his leg.
“I know I’m no match for you, but I want to test the gap between us,” Nokiyoru said, taking a deep breath. Flames burst forth, a tidal wave of heat surging out.
“Show me the courage of the new generation of Marines,” Whitebeard’s eyes narrowed, unafraid.
“Hmph!” With a cold snort, Nokiyoru’s eyes widened. “Full Beast Form. Five Million Degrees Celsius. Super Fire God Spear.”
“Chirp…” With ultimate power, the beach melted, flames enveloped the sky, a terrifying hurricane dissipated, and the ground trembled.
“Clang… clang…”
“Whoosh… whoosh…”
The sky turned gold and red in an instant, and countless flames converged into a thousand-meter-long flaming spear hanging high in the air.
Like the pillar of the heavens, the spear’s tip was pitch bland ck, golden-white flames, mystical r, tunes turned into a stream of ligrippedring through the atmosp and plummeted straight down.
“Whoosh… whoosh…” The powerful sound of air being torn, the boundless aura, causing the entire ocean to surge.
“Interesting,” Whitebeard said, looking up at the descending divine spear. His right fist was slightly clenched, and a white light ring wrapped around it, emitting a terrifying aura capable of moving mountains and filling seas.
“This guy…” Aokiji, standing to the side, felt a lump in his throat as he watched Nokiyoru’s crazed figure.
Similarly, the Whitebeard Pirates became solemn. They looked up at the fire spear descending like a cosmic projection, their hearts silent.
“Crack… crack…”
Like a falling meteor, the entire atmosphere was filled with cracks, an enormous shockwave rose from the ground, heaven and earth collided, and a hurricane exploded.
“Ugh…” Nokiyoru spat blood, flying backward, crashing heavily to the ground, his breath chaotic.
Feeling the pain in his organs, Nokiyoru gritted his teeth, his body trembling, struggling to stand up.
The world’s most muscular man had severely injured him with just one move, a fact that Nokiyoru couldn’t accept calmly.
“Brat, I’m taking my children with me. You don’t have any objections, do you?” Whitebeard, like an unmovable mountain, exuded an overwhelming aura.
“Cough… cough…” Bending over, blood dripping from his mouth, Nokiyoru lifted his chiseled face, his golden-red eyes blazing. “No objections.”
“Kurara… kurara… I really want to keep you all here, but then I wouldn’t have any peaceful days. I don’t want to be chased around the world by Zephyr and Garp… kurara… kurara…”
“Brat, see you on the Grand Line. I hope you can make me go all out by then,” Whitebeard turned and walked towards the pirate ship.
“Wait,” Nokiyoru rasped, wiping the blood from his mouth, calling out to Whitebeard.
“What? Want to try and keep me?” Whitebeard turned, his eyes narrowing.
“I’m not your match. I’m not foolish enough to attempt the impossible. I just want to ask for information.”
“Interesting. You’re different from other Marines.”
“Where is Shiki?”
“Hmm?” Whitebeard paused, his gaze like lightning, looking oddly at Nokiyoru.
“With your strength, I advise you not to provoke that guy, because he’ll kill you with a flick of his wrist.”
“I know, but I have to do it,” Nokiyoru’s expression twisted, murderous intent radiating from him.
“This brat…” Whitebeard’s eyes flickered, hesitating for a moment before laughing heartily. “That guy hasn’t been seen in a long time. Ever since his battle with Roger in the Ed War, he’s disappeared.”
“Thanks,” Nokiyoru took a deep breath, his face dark.
“Kid, I hope you excite this peaceful ocean.” Whitebeard boarded the ship with those final words, casting a deep look at Nokiyoru and the Marines behind him before slowly disappearing over the horizon.
“Ugh…” Watching Whitebeard leave, Nokiyoru fell to his knees, blood dripping from his mouth.
“Are you alright?” A hand reached out to support Nokiyoru, the face serious.
“As expected of the sea’s overlord. That power is truly mesmerizing,” Nokiyoru smiled bitterly, his eyes full of fire.
“Fortunately, he didn’t attack us,” Aokiji sighed in relief.
“With such a bearing and dominance, he wouldn’t stoop to such low acts,” Nokiyoru shook his head, then added, “Let’s go back. I’m in so much pain.”
Drawing a sharp breath, Nokiyoru leaned entirely on Aokiji.
“Bastard, walk on your own.”
“I have no strength left.”
Limping, the two left the beach in disarray.
The chaotic, scorched ground told the story of the fierce battle that had taken place.
As the two limped away, two figures emerged from the shadows.
“What terrifying brats…”
“Captain, Whitebeard noticed us earlier.”
“Ah, don’t worry about that. I’m particularly interested in that kid… what’s his name again?”
“Sky Bird Nokiyoru Kara,” the blond man wearing glasses explained to the man beside him, holding his forehead in exasperation.
“Ah, right… right, almost forgot,” the rough laughter, oddly endearing, exuded peace and tolerance.
“Roger, are you really going to do this?” After a moment’s thought, the blond man sighed, looking at the blue sky and white clouds.
“Hahaha… Rayleigh, don’t you think this ocean is too peaceful?”
A plain coat, an extraordinary face, and a man with curly facial hair revealed a straightforward and carefree smile.
“Besides, a new history, after hundreds of years, is about to be unveiled.”
“The descendants of the dragon.”
“As one of the D., I don’t know who’s right or wrong. Maybe it’s the world that’s wrong.”
“Sometimes, breaking the old order might bring a new dawn.”
“But what if it’s darkness?”
“I believe in this world, because the descendants of the dragon, the Will of D., and the power of the World Government will all be reshuffled.”
“But the descendants of the dragon and the D. have already lost once.”
“Rayleigh, do you think this generation’s descendants of the dragon and the D. will lose?”
“But they are ultimately outsiders.” Rayleigh frowned, then looked surprised, his gaze sharp. “They’ve appeared?”
“Indeed, the three-legged golden crow. It’s their legend, but now it appears here. You should know, such power couldn’t naturally appear in this world.”
“Then let’s wait and see. I hope your choice is right.”
“Myth, transforming into the sun, the descendants of the dragon, let’s make this world boil.”
The sea surged, returning to peace once more.
