As Charlotte Cracker pondered, Vir spoke again.
“Hehehe, no need to be nervous, I was just joking. I have no interest in Raftel. As for Lonnie’s ransom, let me think.
Hmm, you all like to call Big Mom ‘Mama,’ right? How about calling me ‘Papa’? Call me ‘Papa,’ and I’ll let Lonnie go, how about that?” Vir began to mock the Sweet Commander, the Minister of Biscuits, Charlotte Cracker, a significant figure in the New World.
“You bastard, are you looking to die?” Charlotte Cracker was furious. If it were anyone else in the Big Mom Pirates, they would have hung up and set sail for the Grand Line to hunt down this lunatic.
But he was Charlotte Cracker, cruel and afraid of pain, but someone who cherished his family deeply.
“Alright, teasing you is no fun. You figure out what you think can exchange for your sister, then come to me for the trade.” Vir hung up and tossed the Den Den Mushi into the sea with all his strength.
Vir never intended to gain anything significant from kidnapping Lonnie. Dealing with the Big Mom Pirates was seeking death. Although Vir enjoyed risky ventures, he didn’t have a death wish like Kaido.
After discarding the Den Den Mushi, Vir looked at Lonnie with a cold gaze, contemplating her fate.
Lonnie had never felt such terror from someone’s gaze. She realized that, in Vir’s eyes, she was no longer a person but an object he could dispose of at will.
At this moment, Eileen, now untied, stood in front of Charlotte Lonnie.
“If you have any grievances, take them out on me. Let her go. I’ll do anything, even be your slave,” Eileen, usually soft, was exceptionally brave for her lover, willing to sacrifice herself.

With that, Vir drew his sword and, before Eileen could react, beheaded Charlotte Lonnie.

Eileen, trembling, picked up Lonnie’s head, cradling it gently.
“Hehehe, do you hate me? Don’t worry, I won’t kill you. Get stronger, by any means necessary. When you feel you’re strong enough, come and kill me for your lover’s sake.” Vir said, then kicked Eileen in the head, knocking her out without using full force.
Vir’s ‘intermittent’ madness had flared up again, teaching the soft girl a harsh lesson about the world’s cruelty.
Tuskie, covering its face in exasperation, followed Vir as he began looting treasures.
Due to the sheer number of ships, Vir resorted to breaking open the cabins violently, avoiding the need to search for hidden compartments and complex mechanisms.
After several hours of looting, they had transported all the treasures back to the ship.
Vir was pleasantly surprised by the haul. The storage room was overflowing with gold, silver, and jewels, with heaps piling up on the deck.
He also found some rare items, including two Zoan-type Devil Fruits and a beautifully crafted black flintlock pistol, although it lacked bullets.
The rare materials and metals were stored in the bedroom’s display case as collectibles.
Vir tested the pistol, discovering it could only fire one shot before needing reloading, but its power was substantial. He gave it to Tuskie for self-defense, wondering why the previous owner hadn’t used it for protection.
Vir found six billion berries, which he stored in the savings room. Money wasn’t particularly important to him.
In the bedroom, Vir picked up the Den Den Mushi, dialing a number. The snail rang briefly before the other side answered.
“Moshi Moshi, this is Ferdinand. Is that you, Vir? How are things?” Ferdinand’s voice was unusually warm, even sincere.
“Ferdinand, I have a great deal for you. It might leave a bad impression with the World Government, but it’s incredibly valuable.” Vir planned to give Ferdinand the unmined Seastone on the island as a gesture of gratitude for the materials and assistance during the sword forging.
“Oh? A great deal, you say? Others might fear the World Government, but you know me. What can they do, hang me? Hahaha.” Ferdinand laughed heartily, confident in his untouchable status even after being expelled as a former Celestial Dragon.
“I’ve found an island producing Seastone. I cleared out all the forces, only taking the exposed Seastone. There should be plenty underground. Send people to mine it; I’ll guard it for you. How about it, Ferdinand? A big score, right?” Vir smiled, appreciating Ferdinand’s boldness.
“A substantial amount of Seastone, Vir, you’re giving me a grand gift. However, my current status is unique. The Five Elders plan to appoint me as the representative of this sea area. I’ll send my brother instead. How does that sound?” Ferdinand cautiously asked for Vir’s opinion.
“Oh? The Five Elders are promoting you? That’s excellent news. It means more intel for us in the future. What level of Cipher Pol can you command now?
It’s your choice who to send. I’m just giving you the Seastone. You need to think about the consequences of taking it, but it seems you have no worries.” Vir was pleased, knowing Ferdinand’s influence would provide valuable intelligence.
“I can command part of CP9 now. If not for that bastard Spandam, I could control all of CP9.” Ferdinand bragged about his achievements, hiding nothing from Vir.
“Spandam, huh? If I get the chance, I’ll take care of him. Also, I recently spoke to Sengoku about becoming a Warlord of the Sea. Can you help with that?” Vir recalled Ferdinand’s influence in the World Government, hoping he could assist in securing the title.
