Looking at the small two-story house in front of him, this was Ned Leeds’ home. The second floor was likely his room, and judging by the faint light coming from within, he was probably still awake.
Yasuo began changing his appearance. This time, he didn’t opt for the Blood Moon skin, as his recent outfit had gained some recognition on the streets of New York. Instead, he tried out his second hero: Singed the Mad Chemist, a template classified as an evil champion by the system. However, for what he was about to do, the hero Singed was much more suitable.
Switching templates, Yasuo felt a weight behind him—a large green canister filled with liquid appeared on his back. He touched his bald head and took out a prepared mirror to check his new look. No need to say anything else; just from his appearance alone, no one would believe he wasn’t a villain.
With Statikk Shiv, Infinity Edge, Berserker’s Greaves, Death’s Dance, The Bloodthirster, and Doran’s Blade, Singed was equipped with Flash, Ignite, and Precision and Domination runes. As a Yasuo main who could insta-lock the champion, Yasuo thought he would be letting his audience down if this were an actual game. He wouldn’t even have the courage to flame his teammates!
After a bit of self-deprecating humor about his new hero, Yasuo focused on the room. Activating the summoner spell Flash, the best infiltration skill, he instantly teleported inside.
Ned Leeds, a chubby kid who was quiet and unnoticed at school, had a passion for snooping on others’ privacy online. His incredible talent with computers had made him a hacking genius over the past few years. Currently, he was completely engrossed in browsing some shady websites and didn’t notice another person had entered his room. His focus was entirely on the computer screen.
Yasuo looked at the chubby kid in front of him, unsure whether to call him diligent or clueless. A full-grown person was standing behind him, and he hadn’t even noticed.
Checking his new hero’s attributes, Yasuo was relieved to find that he was level 18 and had all his skills available!
Just as the chubby kid was about to reach a critical moment, Yasuo mercilessly used his E (Fling) skill to toss him onto the bed, then used W (Mega Adhesive) to seal the door shut.
Ned Leeds was deeply absorbed in his online activities when he suddenly felt a massive force from behind. The world spun around him as his head and back slammed onto the bed, followed by his butt landing on his face. “Damn it, who dares to ambush me?!”
When Ned Leeds finally saw Yasuo in front of him, he was so scared he nearly wet his pants. Yasuo’s current appearance was terrifying, beyond human imagination.
A bald head, tattered clothes wrapped in bandages, a giant green toxic gas canister on his back, and a massive shield in his hand.
“Don’t come any closer! My parents are downstairs, and I’m warning you, they’ll call the police if they hear anything!” Ned Leeds shrank into a corner, tears streaming down his face as he tried to threaten Yasuo with his words.
“Ned Leeds, you shouldn’t worry about the police interrupting us. Let’s get started on what we need to do now!” Yasuo’s voice came out low and menacing from behind his mask.
Hearing Yasuo’s words, Ned Leeds glanced at his bed and his half-worn pants, feeling a chilly draft below. Could this psycho be after my body?
Yasuo, feeling he had achieved the desired effect, pointed to the computer. “I need you to help me find someone. If you find them, I guarantee your safety. If not, you’ll learn what true terror in this world is.”
Ned Leeds immediately pulled up his pants, sat down at his desk under Yasuo’s watchful eye, and started working on his computer.
There was a loud banging on the door, and his parents’ voices could be heard from outside. However, the Mega Adhesive skill was so powerful that the door didn’t budge an inch!
“Gideon Malick. I need all the information on him. I don’t care if you have to hack into the Department of Defense or the CIA. Just get me his data!” Yasuo told the chubby kid his mission.
As Ned Leeds began working on the task, he also secretly used his webcam to capture Yasuo’s terrifying appearance and quietly called the police. Only then did he start doing what Yasuo had asked. Gideon Malick was a fairly ordinary name, so Ned Leeds didn’t think much of it and started searching casually. However, as he dug deeper, he began to take it more seriously. Gideon Malick seemed like a mystery on the internet. Even after hacking into multiple government departments, including the U.S. government, the CIA, and the Department of Homeland Security, he couldn’t find much information on Gideon Malick!
“S.H.I.E.L.D.! Try hacking into S.H.I.E.L.D. and see what you can find!” Yasuo suggested, noticing that the chubby kid had come up empty-handed after hacking into multiple departments. His patience was wearing thin.
“S.H.I.E.L.D.? Dude, that department doesn’t even exist online. It’s even more mysterious than the person you asked me to find earlier. You’re not messing with me, are you?” Ned Leeds searched for S.H.I.E.L.D. but found no trace of it online.
“Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division! Hack into it and check. I’m giving you ten minutes. If you can’t find what I want by then, my patience will run out.”
Threatened once again, Ned Leeds, though now fully dressed, still felt a cold chill down his spine.
True to his reputation as a hacking prodigy, Ned Leeds successfully hacked into S.H.I.E.L.D.’s system in just a few minutes. Information on Gideon Malick appeared on his screen.
Yasuo pulled out his phone and took pictures of Malick’s data, including his photo, home address, and even details about his beautiful daughter, Stephanie Malick!
Inside S.H.I.E.L.D., alarms went off. As one of the top security agencies, having their system hacked was utterly disgraceful. Within minutes, S.H.I.E.L.D. had tracked down the hacker’s location, and Crossbones led the quick response team to the scene.
Yasuo had gotten the information he needed. He patted the chubby kid on the shoulder, saying, “Lucky you, escaping punishment. Aren’t you happy?”
Outside, police officers could be heard shouting: “To the person inside, you are surrounded. Come out with your hands up!”
“Pfft!” Yasuo couldn’t help but laugh at the police’s professional announcement!
Peeking out the window, Yasuo saw three or four police cars parked below, with a dozen or so officers standing around haphazardly. A middle-aged officer who seemed to be in charge was shouting commands, while a couple in pajamas—likely Ned’s parents—were speaking to the police. Neighbors had also gathered around to watch.
Amused by the scene, Yasuo decided to indulge in some mischief. He stood by the window and cast W (Mega Adhesive), causing a large patch of white adhesive to fall from the sky, covering all the police officers.
Yasuo then performed an E (Fling), jumping out of the window and landing smoothly next to a police car. He used the E skill (Fling) on the car, hurling it into the air at least three stories high.
“You idiots! All cops are bastards! If you’ve got the guts, come and chase me!” Yasuo shouted arrogantly, flipping them the bird before taking off running through the streets of New York.
The happy running man had just begun his sprint!
