“I want to see how long you can keep this farce up!” Master Kong still thought that Yi Tianyun was bluffing, he wanted to see his expression when everyone found out that he was just pretending to be able to forge a Spirit Weapon. It could be considered as some petty revenge after they declined his offer.

Yi Tianyun continued to ignore him and was getting ready to place the materials into the furnace.
The three elders spoke quietly to each other, they were sceptical of Yi Tianyun’s claims. They thought that the Palace lord treated Yi Tianyun far too well. “Palace Lord, if he fails…” The Third Elder couldn’t help but mutter.

“Palace Lord, you can’t act on a whim like this, I know that you are pampering him, but you must make decisions carefully! What will we do if he fails? How will we enter the Heavens Immersing Ancient Ruins if we don’t have a suitable weapon!” The Second Elder kept worrying about the worst possibility. “If he fails, we will report this matter to the ancestors, and leave the decision to them!” The Second Elder suddenly added another sentence.
In an organization, the oldest members were not the elders, but the ancestors who had retired. Their realms were unfathomable, and they acted as their most powerful backing.
“Feel free to do so.” Shi Xueyun said faintly.
This made her even more infuriated since she thought that this was all for the Jade Palace.
“Palace Lord, I could…” Xiao Lian felt that things had gone too far, and she felt responsible, so she whispered to Shi Xueyun.
Before she managed to finish her sentence, Shi Xueyun said indifferently. “I believe in him.”
Xiao Lian glanced up and looked up at Yi Tianyun, she felt a deep admiration toward him for standing up for her.
During their conversation, Yi Tianyun put all the materials into the furnace and began the process.
“Hahaha. How long are you going to make fool out of yourself? Throwing all the materials at once, you really are dumb! Even if you want to pretend, at least make it believable!” Kong master pointed at Yi Tianyun’s behavior and laughed.
Yi Tianyun ignored him. He channelled his spiritual power into the furnace at his own pace and continued to temper the weapon.
The other elders could only watch from afar now since everything they could say to Shi Xueyun was meaningless now.
“It’s a pity, those fine materials have become scrap now. If only you were not so stubborn and didn’t insist on forging the Spirit Weapons. Even I only have a 50% chance of forging a Spirit Weapon but still, it’s better than seeing these materials become scrap like this…” Master Kong laughed and believing that Yi Tianyun was only making fun of himself at this rate.
Yi Tianyun remained calm, letting Master Kong say whatever he wants.
As time went by, the furnace did not explode, and the material inside gradually began to take shape. They morphed into a long sword, under his constant tempering, it kept shrinking, it looked more and more like a long sword.
At this point, Master Kong’s laughter abruptly ended, and his eyes glared at the sword in the furnace. If he failed, it wouldn’t take shape like that, it would have instantly become scrap.
“This, this is impossible… Refining all the materials at the same time would require you to have insanely strong control. This is impossible!” Master Kong began to panic. He thought that Yi Tianyun would fail. But that’s not the case.
